After successful payment or beginning a free trial, subscribers will get access to investment research materials during their subscription period. Subscribers will receive such materials periodically through email communications. Subscribers won't have access to research materials released before their subscription. Access is strictly personal and cannot be shared with others.

Subscribers understand and acknowledge that the investment research materials, made accessible by Baritone or by any of its officers or employees, are intended solely for informational purposes and are not to be construed as financial advice, endorsements, or solicitations for investment decisions. 5. Content Usage
By subscribing, individuals are conferred a restricted, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license solely for the purpose of personal use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, like text, graphics, logos, and trademarks provided by Baritone to subscribers, belongs to Baritone or authorized licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Prohibited Activities
Subscribers agree not to:
Modify, reproduce, distribute, or engineer derivative works grounded upon the investment research materials.
Deploy the Service for any unlawful, detrimental, or unauthorized activities.
Engage in any endeavors that aim to breach the security or functionality of the Service.

9. Termination
